FUNDED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD – Congratulations to Run Wild! Ally Dakota Development partnered with Black Hills Community Bank (Rapid City, SD) to finance Run Wild’s purchase of the building in Summerset, SD, which they’ve been renting since 2019.
Run Wild is a high-quality recreation center serving Summerset, Rapid City, and surrounding communities with indoor and outdoor play areas for kids of all ages, plus a full-service coffee bar for the adults. With this SBA 504 project, Run Wild now owns their building – creating stability and room to continue growing their impact for local families.
